Our next assignment in “Printmaking and Street Art as Activist Tools” was to create a zine about our issue. As I learned more about plastic, I thought of ways I could eliminate bringing more plastic into my home. This became the topic for my zine. For the artwork, I created a new linocut for the cover, reused the turtle image for page one, and created new drawings for the rest. Here are a few pages:
